Yasir Pirzada, a grade 20 officer from the Inland Revenue Service, has been appointed member of the administration of the board of the Capital Development Authority. He has more than 20 years' experience working at key positions in public-sector administration and development. Yasir Pirzada, the youngest candidate to pass the most competitive exam of the Central Superior Services (CSS), was first appointed in the Income Tax Group as assistant commissioner of income tax in November 1996.
