Life Science Business Portfolio: ICI Pakistan considering potential acquisition

ICI Pakistan is considering a potential acquisition in relation to its Life Science Business Portfolio. In material information, sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Tuesday, the company said that the acquisition would be subject to finalization of negotiations of commercial terms, completion of due diligence, execution of definitive agreement and receipt of regulatory approvals.
