Riots across the US

That Trump's shock victory has prompted protests across the US is a fact. According to media reports, Protesters burned a giant orange-haired head of Donald Trump in effigy, lit fires in the streets and blocked traffic as rage over the billionaire's election victory spilled onto the streets of major US cities. From New York to Los Angeles, thousands of people in around 10 cities rallied against the president-elect a day after his stunning win, some carrying signs declaiming "Not our President" and "Love trumps hate."
That the US citizens would strongly react to Donald Trump's win was a strong possibility given Republican candidate's approach to his election campaign. Although he delivered a conciliatory speech upon his victory saying, among other things, that he's the President of all Americans, concerns still exist about his strategies in relation to immigration, minorities and America's foreign policy once he formally enters the White House as the 45th President of the United States of America.
