Chairman, Pakistan People's Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari here Thursday formed a 4-member PPP delegation led by Senator Farhatullah Babar to attend the All Parties Conference (APC) being organised by Balochistan National Party (Mengal) in Islamabad on Sunday. The delegation will also include Senator Taj Haider and Finance Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah from Sindh and PPP Senator Yousuf Baloch from Balochistan, said a statement.
