Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) demanded on Saturday to convert Judicial Commission into the Investigation Commission. Head of PTI's legal team, Abdul Hafeez Pirzada, sent an 'emergency' letter to the Judicial Commission. Through which he stated that PTI and Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) are about to conclude arguments but the process of investigation is still under way so the Judicial Commission should start working as Investigation Commission from now on.
It is demanded of Judicial Commission in the letter, to start investigation according to the Presidential Ordinance. The letter stated that it has been proved that extra ballot papers were sent to some constituencies and "now the Form-15 of these constituencies is also missing." It was also demanded that the Judicial Commission should start investigation through the returning officers of the constituencies and NADRA should also be investigated.
