2.878mn registered voters in Larkana to exercise their right to vote

LARKANA: About 2.878 million registered voters in Larkana will exercise their right to vote in the upcoming general election-2018 to be held on July 25.

According to the statistics provided by the Regional Election Commissioner Office here Tuesday, a total number of male registered voters is 15,78,953 and female registered voters are 12,99,930.

The Larkana and Kamber-Shahdadkot districts with 4 NA and 08 Sindh Assembly seats has the highest number of registered voters that is 13,41,300 of whom the strength of the male voters is 7,39611 and female voters 6,01689.

According to the complete list, the Larkana Region has 2 NA seats; NA-200 Larkana-I and NA-201 Larkana-II, PS seats 4; PS-10 Larkana-I, PS-11 Larkana-II, PS-12 Larkana-III and PS-13 Larkana-IV, Male Voters 384549, Female Voters 318706 and total voters are 703255.

Kamber-Shahdadkot comprises on 2 NA seats i.e NA-202 (Kamber-Shahdadkot-I) and NA-203(Kamber-Shahdadkot-II), PS Seats 4 (PS-14 Kamber-Shahdadkot-I, PS-15 Kamber-Shahdadkot-II), PS-16 Kamber-Shahdadkot-III and PS-17 Kamber-Shahdadkot-IV), Male Voters 355062 and Female Voters 282983 total voters in the district are 638045.

Shikarpur has 2 NA seats; NA-198 Shikarpur-I and NA-199 Shikarpur-II, 3 PS seats; PS-07 Shikarpur-I, PS-08 Shikarpur-II and PS-09 Shikarpur-III where male voters are 321473, female voters 275504 and a total voters are 596977.

In Jacobabad, there is one NA seat i.e NA-196 (Jacobabad-I); 3 PS seats; PS-01(Jacobabad-I), PS-02 (Jacobabad-II) and PS-03 (Jacobabad-III) where male voters are 260109, female voters 225955 and total voters in the Jacobabad district are 486064.

Similarly, Kashmore-Kandhkot has one NA seat i.e NA-197 (Kashmore-Kandhkot-I); 3 PA seats; PS-04(Kashmore-Kandhkot-I), PS-05 (Kashmore-Kandhkot -II) and PS-06 (Kashmore-Kandhkot -III) with male voters 257760, female voters 196782 and total voters are 389873.
