Waqar Younis apologizes for ‘cutting cake’ in Ramazan

Pakistan legendary fast bowler Waqar Younis has apologized to his fans for cutting a cake on fellow mate Wasim Akram’s birthday during Ramazan.
“I apologise to everyone for cutting cake on Wasim Bhai’s birthday yesterday. We should have respected Ramazan and the people who were fasting. It was a poor act on our behalf sorry,” Waqar wrote on Twitter.

The cake cutting for Wasim's birthday took place during the second Test match between England and Pakistan in Headlingley. However, seems like Waqar and Wasim's fans were not entirely happy seeing the two cutting cake in Ramazan, which led to Waqar saying 'sorry' later on.
On cricketing side, Pakistan lost the Test by an innings and 55 runs, as England leveled the two-match series at 1-1 after Pakistan won the first Test at Lord's by nine wickets.
It was also England's first victory in a Test match since they beat the West Indies at Lord's in September last year, with the side having endured a winless run of six defeats in eight Tests coming into this fixture.
