wali-khan-babarKARACHI: It has been a year since Geo TV’s reporter Wali Khan Babar was killed. The Electronic Media Reporters Association (EMRA) will hold a protest on the death of the late reporter in Lahore on Friday.

Babar was shot dead on January 13 last year in Liaquatabad No. 1 near the Apwa school in Karachi as he was going home from office.

Reporters will hold a candle-lit vigil at Faisal Chowk in front of the Punjab Assembly at 5.00 pm to remember Wali Khan Babar.
