FRANKFURT: Commerzbank will not seek to transfer property unit Eurohypo into a bad bank as part of plans to increase the Frankfurt-based lender's capital by 5.3 billion euros ($6.78 billion), three people familiar with the bank's thinking said on Friday.
Commerzbank declined to comment.
