ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People's Party (PPP) does not believe in confrontation and has the ability to resolve country's problems, former Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf said on Thursday.
Talking to media outside of Parliament House, he said Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani was a consensus Prime Minister and he does not need to obtain vote of confidence.
The ruling coalition accepts all the verdicts of Supreme Court of Pakistan, he said, adding, PPP could never even think of confrontation with any state institution.
Responding to a question he said masses problems should be discussed in the parliament and not at TV programmes.
To another question, he said Pakistan People's Party will show its strength, if no confidence motion is tabled.
