Security forces fail terrorist attempt to attack FC Help Center

RAWALPINDI: Security forces on Thursday failed a terrorist attempt to attack Frontier Constabulary (FC) Help Center in Quetta.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, an explosive and ammunition laden vehicle with five suicide bombers tried to enter the Help Center. But vigilant FC soldiers fired at the terrorists and stopped their entry.

All the terrorists were killed, who apparently were Afghani. The failed terrorists attempt was in response to the killing of their key terrorists last night in Killi Almas, Balochistan, the ISPR said.

Security forces were clearing the area and situation was under control. Four FC soldiers were injured in exchange of fire.
