BAJAUR AGENCY: The training workshop organised by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for the polling staff of the upcoming general elections concluded here on Monday. Agency Election Commissioner Bajaur, Pervez Iqbal said that a total 719 (male) polling staff attended the training workshop started on April 24.
He said that it was the first phase of training workshop for the polling staff in Bajaur agency in which Assistant presiding officers was imparted basic knowledge and fundamental techniques about conducting of polling.
During the training workshop,the Agency Election Commissioner said that the participants were also informed about how to ensure free and fair voting in their respective polling stations.
He said that the second phase of training workshop would be held after Eid in which about 296 female Assistant presiding officers will participated in it.
