Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) women wing has unveiled the trophy of T20 Women Cricket Championship which is to commence from May 1, 2018, at National Stadium, Karachi.
Four teams, Zarai Tarakiati Bank (ZTBL), State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Higher Education Commission (HEC), and PCB XI, will be competing in the tournament starting from tomorrow.
The championship final will be played between the top two teams of the tournament on May 10, 2018, at National Stadium, Karachi.
The opening match of the tournament will be played between State Bank and HEC on May 1, 2018, at National Stadium, Karachi. Talking to Trophy unveiling in Karachi, former captain of Pakistan Women Team, Sana Mir said it is good initiative by PCB to organise such event.
"It will be a great opportunity for the upcoming women cricketers, especially ahead of upcoming Aisa Cup," she said.
