ISTANBUL: Risks on pricing behaviour in Turkey are driven by upside movements in import prices and high levels of core inflation, minutes from the Central Bank's latest monetary policy meeting showed on Monday.
Red meat prices constitute an upside risk factor on food prices in the remainder of the year, the minutes also said.
The Central Bank Governor said on Monday that the state lender had raised its end-of-year inflation forecast to 8.4 percent from 7.9 percent, despite a 75 basis points hike on its late liquidity window rate last week.
