LAHORE: Punjab’s School Education department has authorised public and private schools across the province to organise summer camps for curricular activities throughout June 2026, according to an official notification signed by Secretary Schools Muddassir Riaz Malik.
The camps, running from June 1 to June 30, will operate four days a week — (Monday to Thursday) — with all sessions restricted to the early morning hours of 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Fridays will serve as a weekly off day.
Open to students of all grade levels, the initiative comes with firm financial guardrails: private schools are barred from levying any additional fees, while government schools and their teachers are equally prohibited from collecting tuition from participants.
