SHC bars adverse action against Security Leasing Corporation

Security Leasing Corporation Limited (SLCL) announced on Friday that the Sindh High Court had restrained all respondents from taking any adverse or coercive action against the company.

This was shared in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange today.

“We are currently in the final phase of concluding additional settlements. Settlements have been made with some of our creditors, and negotiations with a number of creditors are in the final stage, and we remain confident of reaching further agreements in the near term,” the corporation said.

SLCL is a public limited company incorporated in 1995 with the assistance of Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc., one of the largest USA-based Equity and Brokerage Houses in the world.
