Luckily, sanity prevailed, as US President Donald Trump announced a two-week ceasefire less than two hours prior to the expiry of his deadline that he had set for Iran. His threat that ‘a whole civilization will die tonight’ if a deal is not reached was apocalyptical, to say the least.
It is widely alleged that Donald J. Trump, the most powerful person in the world, is both evil and demented, as he has the most severe personality disorder actually that a human being can have.
In my view, however, the US President, who can be rightly described as an arrogant politician, is too clever by half. His greatest asset may prove to be his shrewdness, as he often resorts to trickery.
