Published Updated

Ghandhara Tyre & Rubber Company Limited (GTYR) said on Friday that its plant will remain temporarily shut down from March 9 till March 19.

GTYR shared the information in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.

The company said that, in view of the month of Ramadan, it decided to carry out necessary maintenance activities in line with its production plans.

“The company does not anticipate any adverse impact on its sales performance during this period, as all regional offices will remain fully operational to ensure the continuous supply of tyres to customers,” the listed company shared.

The company was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company in 1963 and was subsequently converted into a public limited company. The principal activity of the company is the manufacturing and trading of tyres and tubes for automobiles and motorcycles.
