KARACHI: The Karachi Port Trust handled 200,876 Tons of cargo comprising 150,461 Tons of import cargo and 50,415 Tons of export cargo during last 24hrs ending at 0700 Hours.
The total import cargo of 150,461 Tons comprised of 76,655 Tons of Containerized Cargo, 33,901 Tons of Bulk Cargo, 1,892 Tons of Lentils and 38,013 Tons of Liquid Cargo.
The total export cargo of 50,415 Tons comprised of 34,696 Tons of Containerized Cargo, 384 Tons of Bulk Cargo, 10,676 Tons of Clinkers, 282Tons of Rice and 4,380 Tons of Liquid Cargo.
CURRENTLY BERTH: There are seven ships namely Xin Los Angeles, Konrad, X-Press Anglesey, Nikita, Kassiopi Gr, Al Salam II and Ruico Sapphire on Berth at Karachi Port Trust.
SHIP SAILED: Seven ships namely M.T Shalamar, Hmm Jakarta, CMA CGM Hydra, White Bay, KMTC Nhava Sheva, GFS Genesis and Astra Sailed from Karachi Port Trust.
PORT QASIM
A total of thirteen ships were engaged at PQA berths during the last 24 hours, out of them four ships, MSC Unific-VI, Al-Bert-P, Katherine Kosan and ST Michaelis left the port on today morning.
Cargo volume of196,159 tonnes, comprising 157,484 tonnes imports cargo and 38,675 export cargo carried in 5,485 Containers (3,210 TEUs Imports & 2,275 TEUs Export) was handled at the port during last 24 hours.
There are 22 ships at Outer Anchorage of the Port Qasim, out of them four ships, GFS Genesis, Torm Innovation, Galaxy Gas and Greco Libero carrying Container, Mogas, LPG and Coal expected to take berths at QICT, FOTCO, EVTL and PIBT on today10th February, 2026.
