ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of security personnel in a terrorist attack on a police van in Dera Ismail Khan.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the President paid rich tribute to the fallen personnel and prayed for the swift recovery of those injured in the attack.
President Zardari lauded the unwavering resolve and continued sacrifices of the security forces and police in the national fight against terrorism. He reaffirmed that terrorists will never succeed in the face of the united determination of the nation and its law enforcement institutions.
