Where is the all powerful SIFC, which is doing everything and anything even if it is not related to investments? If the small capital like Islamabad has got such horrible figures of crime, none will come here to invest in Pakistan. You cannot deploy speciall forces to safeguard the Chinese and other foreign investors and leave the common man at the mercy of criminal gangs.
