KARACHI: On Monday at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 31.645 billion and the number of lots traded was 27,107.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR20.470billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.799 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.767 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.490 billion), Silver (PKR 1.322 billion), DJ (PKR 888.213 million), Platinum (PKR 593.351 million), Natural Gas (PKR 114.750 million), SP 500 (PKR 52.154 million), Copper (PKR 51.691 million), Japan Equity (PKR 37.881 million), Brent (PKR 29.059 million) and Palladium (PKR 27.955 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 11 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 53.297 million were traded.
