Haha Ishaq Dard at it again - outsourcing your airport, taking a large chunk for a property building in France and then leaving it to the wolves...while the Butcher of Gujurat pushes ahead with "made in India", our clowns here want to be puppets and slaves..khud kerlo bhai, make pakistan world class...too bad our citizens and leaders hardly have any...class

I hope outsourcing is done in a transparent manner and a good deal is negotiated for the country. Any foreign exchange dividends to be sent out of the country need to be covered by earnings in foreign exchange, by those who win the contract. The outsourcing must be done by comparing how much money other such efforts round the world are making and use this as a benchmark for the minimum bid that will be accepted.
