KARACHI: On Wednes-day at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 16.319 billion and the number of lots traded at 11,987. Major business was contributed by NSDQ100 amounting to PKR 4.567 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.069 billion), Gold (PKR 2.941 billion), DJ (PKR 2.727 billion), Crude (PKR 1.392 billion), Silver (PKR 774.885 million), Platinum (PKR 255.708 million), Natural Gas (PKR 235.459 million), SP500 (PKR 209.777 million), Brent (PKR 126.805 million) and Copper (PKR 20.128 million).
In Agricultural Commodities, 20 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 27.171 million were traded.
