KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 17.231 billion and the number of lots traded at 16,861. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 5.966 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.707 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.451 billion), DJ (PKR 1.922 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.296 billion), Natural Gas (PKR 1.154 billion), Silver (PKR 798.210 million), SP 500 (PKR 514.788 million), Japan Equity (PKR 221.901 million), Platinum (PKR 176.933 million), Copper (PKR 15.804 million) and Brent (PKR 5.234 million).
