KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 10.923 billion and the number of lots traded at 12,043. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.024 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.696 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.967 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.257 billion), DJ (PKR 728.272 million), Silver (PKR 588.459 million), Platinum (PKR 331.009 million), SP 500 (PKR 136.538 million), Copper (PKR 89.480 million), Natural Gas (PKR 77.985 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 25.639 million).
