KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 10.047 billion and the number of lots traded 8,433. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 2.839 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.661 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.906 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 848.174 million), Silver (PKR 500.982 million), Platinum (PKR 333.363 million), SP 500 (PKR 250.768 million), Copper (PKR 246.698 million), Natural Gas (PKR 236.456 million), DJ (PKR 217.796 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 5.127 million).

In Agricultural commodities, 4 lot of Cotton amounting to PKR 3.990 million were traded.
