KARACHI: Gold prices on Monday saw a slump on the local market, traders said.

It nosedived by Rs1900 to 126200 per tola and Rs1629 to Rs108196 per 10 grams on the week opening day.

Gold prices on the world market were quoted for $1863 per ounce.

Silver prices stood unchanged for Rs1480 per tola; Rs1268.86 per 10 grams and $25.20 per ounce, traders said.
