KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 12.747 billion and the number of lots traded at 12,526. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.410 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.126 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.426 billion), DJ (PKR 1.171 billion), Silver (PKR 1.033 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 580.737 million), Platinum (PKR 465.658 million), Copper (PKR 276.950 million), SP 500 (PKR 166.998 million), Natural Gas (PKR 71.358 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 17.629 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 7 lot of Cotton amounting to PKR 4.552 million were traded.
