KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 8.371 billion and the number of lots traded at 9,488.
Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 4.667 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 PKR 975.617 million, currencies through COTS PKR 879.194 million, silver PKR 859.078 million, crude oil PKR 209.044 million, DJ PKR 208.499 million, platinum PKR 198.271 million, natural gas PKR 186.414 million, copper PKR 137.255 million, SP500 PKR 42.207 million and Japan Equity PKR 9.232 million.
