KARACHI: Emergency Rooms operated by ChildLife Foundation in all public teaching hospitals of Sindh and Balochistan are fully operational and dedicated staff is treating the patients despite urban flooding due to historical rains.

A statement issued by ChildLife Foundation has mentioned that all 10 ERs operated by the foundation are operational and providing life saving treatments to the incoming patients.

It is pertinent to mention that ChildLife is operating ERs in 10 government teaching hospitals in Sindh and Balochistan including Dr Ruth KM Pfau Civil Hospital, Karachi; National Institute of Child Health, Karachi; Sindh Government Hospital Korangi-5, Lyari General Hospital, Karachi; Abbasi Shaheed Hopistal, Karachi; Peoples Medical College, Nawabshah; Chandka Medical College, Larkana, Ghulam Muhammad Mehar Medical College, Sukkur; Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Hyderabad and Civil Hospital, Quetta, treating a million patients annually.
