ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar Monday took notice of the alleged encroachment at the public park/football ground located in Sector F-8 adjacent to Islamabad District Court.
He directed Capital Development Authority to submit a report into the matter within three days.
It is to mention here that the chief justice has taken the notice of encroachment following reports on social and print media.
