Imran hits out at PPP, PML-N, JUI-F

Published Updated

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Friday challenged PPP PML-N and JUI saying that even if they contest elections jointly they can not defeat PTI. Speaking at a huge public rally in Swabi, Imran blamed Nawaz Shahrif, Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman and Asafand Yar Wali of helping Zardari to plunder the hard-earned money of tax payers.
Imran said that during the last four years the PPP government incurred a loss of Rs 8500 billion to national kitty. He said the burden of this loss was passed on to the poor people of the country through direct and indirect taxes. He said that Asif Zardari was the biggest 'criminal' of this country and Nawaz Sharif, Fazal-ur-Rehman and Asfand Yar Wali were his accomplice in power sharing. In return the PPP rewarded them by all perks and privileges through unfair means.
He said that on one hand Nawaz Sharif says that Pakistan and Asif Zardari can not coexist, but on the other, he has always helped Asif Zardari cope with the crisis whenever he is in danger of losing the power. Khan said after coming into power, PTI would get Pakistan rid of US aid. "Similarly we shall not seek aid from any one but generate funds from our local resources. In our regime Pakistan air force would repel the Drone attacks," he added.
He said before coming into power Nawaz Sharif had total assets of 40 crore and during 1982 to 1992 his assets increased to Rs 15 billion. He said now the people of Pakistan were more aware and they can see their double standards. Javed Hashmi also addressed the meeting and said now youth of this country have got up and they would change the fate of this country. Javed Hashmi said the entire nation is looking towards Imran Khan. On this occasion Jan Bahadru Khan former member provincial assembly of PPP Sherpao and his son Engineer Jaanzeb announced to join PTI.-PR
