Dr Qaiser appointed vice chancellor Karachi University

Professor Dr Muhammad Qaiser has been appointed as new Vice Chancellor of Karachi University. A notification issued here from Governor's House said Sindh Governor Sindh, Dr Ishrat ul Ebad Khan, who is also the chancellor of public sector universities in the province, has appointed Dr Qaiser as Vice Chancellor of Karachi University.
Earlier, the Search Committee had presented its recommendations in this regard to the Governor. Prior to this appointment, Dr Qaiser was serving as Vice Chancellor, Federal Urdu University for Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST). Meanwhile, Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad has appreciated the services rendered by the outgoing Vice Chancellor of Karachi University, Professor Dr Pirzada Qasim Raza Siddiqui.
