Prices were almost unchanged on grain and seed wholesale market on Wednesday in lackluster conditions due to abundant supply and lack of interest among the traders, dealers said. The changes noted were: grams Australia No 1 was higher by Rs 100, both the qualities at Rs 4,900 - 5,100. grams Australia No 1 dal low type gained Rs 100 at Rs 5,700 and better quality was higher by Rs 200 at Rs 5,900, grams 50x50 registered a rise of R 100 for both varieties at Rs 5,600 - 5,800, they said.
The other change seen was in Sindh cotton seed oilcake with bag, the rate for low quality was down by Rs 100 to Rs 550, whereas good one was higher by Rs 50 at Rs 800, other items traded at old rates, they said. All other items retained their overnight prices, they added.
