Farrukh as Nepra member: Prime Minister approves Punjab's request for withdrawal of nomination

Prime Minister, Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has approved the request of Government of Punjab for withdrawal of nomination of Syed Farrukh Ali Shah as member (Punjab), Nepra. Syed Farrukh Ali Shah's nomination was approved on the repeated recommendation of Government of Punjab. However, following his recommendation, a number of media articles criticised the appointment as Farrukh Shah is under investigation by NAB.
