Indian troops have arrested five youth from Handwara and Surankote areas. According to KMS, the troops arrested Mohammad Rafiq Dar, Aabid Hussain Rather and Abdul Rashid Khoja from Handwara, while Mohammad Aslam Chaudhry and Mohammad Amin from Surankote in fake cases.
