Wardens, head wardens to be called Jail constables, head constables

Now, the Wardens and Head Wardens of Sindh Prisons department would be called as Jail constables and head constables like the Sindh Police, Business Recorder learnt here on Saturday. Sindh Prisons department has issued a notification in this regard a few days ago.
According to said notification available with Business Recorder issued by Inspector General (IG) of Sindh Prisons, all Wardens and head Wardens of prisons force would be called as the jail constables and head constables like the Sindh Police. Besides, the Prisons department also issued a letter to all concerned wings and offices of department that Wardens and head Wardens would be mentioned as jail constables and head constables while, the record of all jail Wardens and head Wardens would be corrected as per new notification.
