The Swiss franc was treading water against the euro and the dollar on Thursday, catching its breath after the previous day's gains, as investors awaited the outcome of bond sales by Spain and France later in the session. The franc was stable against the dollar to trade at 0.9396 per dollar by 0731 GMT compared to the New York close. The franc was also flat against the euro at 1.2079 francs per euro.
