Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) will hold one-man show by living legend drama artist Nisar Qadri here on January 15. The artist will give solo performance on the script entitled "Machis ho gee aap ke pass" at the auditorium of National Art Gallery.
The one-man shows by various artists are a regular feature of PNCA's activities to highlight and acknowledge the life time services of artistes in the field of drama acting, said Tauqeer Nasir, Director General PNCA while talking to APP. He said the art and cultural institutions of state should own the artists in a way that could give due recognition to the services of artists and make them ambassadors of their nation. This approach will give a boost to their energies and they can work in a much better way for promoting soft image of the country, he added.
