Chief of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain said that the MQM would remove the injustices being done to the oppressed and downtrodden people of the country for the past 65 years, including the Hazarawal. The MQM will continue to struggle for their rights.
He said this while talking to the office-bearers of Abbottabad Zone and district committees on the telephone. Hussain gave heartiest congratulations to the people of Hazara on the resolution regarding the creation of Hazara and Seraiki provinces and said that the MQM believes in realism and practicalism.
Altaf Hussain has fulfilled the promise that he had made with the people of Hazara. Hussain said that the MQM has proved its credentials of being the truly representative party of the poor and exploited people by presenting the resolution for Hazara and Seraiki provinces in the parliament. It is also evident that the MQM is making practical efforts for their rights.
Hussain said that some parties are creating hindrances for the people of Hazara because of their vested interests. He said that the people of Hazara should pursue their peaceful struggle without getting perturbed by these parties. Hussain said that anti-people forces have levelled baseless allegations against the MQM in order to keep the poor, oppressed and exploited people away from its just struggle. He said that the MQM has shown clearly as to who the real friends of the people of Hazara are and who are working against their interests.
Hussain asked the office-bearers of the Abbottabad Zone to forge unity and respect of the poor workers. He asked them to shun pride and arrogance. He also commended the office-bearers and workers of the zone for remaining steadfast despite hardships and problems. Workers thanked Hussain on behalf of the people of Hazara and prayed for his health and long life.
