President of Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) Gohar Ullah has taken the stern notice over the harassment of investors who are working on Lakhra Coal Mines Project. He shows concern over the Sindh Coal Mines energy that stopped the work with the help of Police. Gohar Ullah said that with this act of Secretary Coal Energy the foreign investment will be stopped.
He told that in that project Ukraine, Russia and other investors as well as local investors have invested millions of American dollars in Lakhra Coal Project. Gohar Ullah said that investors are busy to generate coal even the lack of transport, water and electricity and paying huge money to Provincial and Federal Government. He said that Sindh Board of Investment has appreciated local and foreign investment which is working in the leadership of Syed Qaim Ali Shah, with his efforts investment is enhanced in the province and it will give opportunity to unemployed people. He said that Provincial Minister Mines and Mineral Development Imamuddin Shokeen who is giving great services for the investment and his efforts for the people of the province to be prosperous in Sindh that is full of natural resources.
The harassment of the Sindh coal energy will not affect Government's efforts. He appeals to Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah to give orders to Provincial Secretary Coal Energy Younis Dada to encourage investors and take the stern notice of harassment on investors so that it may not happen again these in future.
