ISE index sheds seven points

Bears dominated the proceedings at Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Monday where equities showed negative signs amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index was down by 7.00 points from 2,596.16 points to 2,589.16 points. Turnover amounted to 42,675 shares as compared to previous turnover of 3,000 shares.
Total 99 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks, 54, closed in negative territory and 45 landed in plus column.
The volume of Bank of Punjab was 40,000 shares. The volume of Bank Al Falah was 2,000 shares. The turnover of United Bank was 316 shares.
