Ministry of National Harmony will hold a colourful event to celebrate Hindu Festival of Lights - Dewali here on November 17 at Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA). Adviser to Prime Minister for National Harmony Dr Paul Bhatti will be chief guest on the occasion while members of Hindu community, parliamentarians, diplomats and participants from general public will attend the event, said a news release issued here on Wednesday.
