Training workshop on 'tools in writing research' held

National Center of Excellence in Analytical Chemistry (NCEAC) Sindh University (SU) has organised one day training workshop on tools in writing research reports here on Monday. The workshop was attended by faculty members from the teaching institutes and departments of the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
The opening ceremony of the workshop was presided over by Dr Muhammad Tahir Rajput, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences. Dr Rajput speaking on this occasion said that the quality and quantity of research has increased with the discovery of computer and added that after collecting and analysing the data the next step is to make effective and valid publication. He said that if we use the computer technology, designed for research work, we can complete the task in minimum possible time.
He advised the faculty members to use the computer technology, which will be highly beneficial in their research work leading to M.Phil and Ph.D. Dr Muhammad Iqbal Bhanger chief organiser of the workshop speaking on this occasion highlighted the objectives of the workshop and said that writing research proposals and publishing research is crucial component of any research project. Dr Najma Memon, Dr Tahir Soomro trainers of the workshop also expressed their views.
