Power load-shedding: police baton charge protestors; 10 injured

10 persons including four policemen were injured, when police resorted to baton charge on a protesting mob against the worst ever law and order situation on Samandri Road, which were blocked for four hours and vehicles of passengers returning home for Eid holidays were facing difficulties.
A large number of villagers and transporters were protesting against a dacoity at the house of local transporter Muhammad Amar in Chak No 258 RB, in which they looters did not only took valuables but also insulted the women.
