300 UBL branches to remain open on Saturdays nationwide

For greater customer convenience and facilitation, 300 UBL branches will remain open between 9am to 1:30pm on Saturdays, nationwide.
UBL customers will be able to avail the following services at these branches: Cash Receipts and Payments, Collection of Government Revenues (Taxes, Custom Duties etc), Government Payments (Pensions, Salaries etc), Online Transactions/Fund Transfer (between open branches), Collection of Utility Bills, Issuance of Demand Drafts, Pay Orders, Traveler Cheques etc, Collection of Cheques and other related instruments (the instruments received for clearing will be processed on the next working day) and acceptance of documents/opening of inland and foreign letter of Credit (not forward cover).
To further facilitate our valuable customers, 472 UBL ATMs will also be offering cash withdrawal, intra-bank funds transfer, InterBank Funds Transfer (IBFT) between partner banks, Utility Bills Payments Service (UBPS), balance inquiry, mini statement and PIN change facilities.-PR
