Capital Police computerise internal system

Police have made all its internal system computerised, ie, electronic FIRs, driving licenses, human resource records and online Complaint Management system. This was stated by Director-IT, while speaking here at the inaugural ceremony of Islamabad Police Institute of Professional Sciences-IT Wing here at Police Lines Headquarters on Friday.
The IG Police said that employees of Islamabad police will be equipped with modern techniques and to be imparted IT-based knowledge and training for its further efficiency. SSP-Headquarters informed the participants on the occasion that Islamabad Police will launch different courses of Basic, Intermediate, Advance level IT and Cyber Crime detection through this vital initiative.
