Pakistan is not having their best outing at New Zelaand, since the Men in Green have failed to register a win in their two matches against the Kiwis.

The struggle of Pakistani batsmen against the bounce offered Down Under has been the major factor involved in the below par performance of Sarfraz’s men, said Pakistan cricket batting coach Grant Flower.

"The guys have struggled with the bounce as they have been playing quite a bit in Pakistan and coming here was a bit of a shock to the system even though some of have played here before," Flower said, quoted PakPassion.

The former Zimbabwe batsman and one half of the famous Flower brothers was of the view that the Pakistani batsmen need to be quick on their feet to handle the bounce.

Meanwhile, they are also undergoing special training using ‘slab’ to counter the bouncy tracks."So Pakistan batsmen need quick feet to handle the bounce, we also have brought over a slab to practice against exaggerated bounce," he said.

"The pitch here is not the bouncy from what I have seen before bit I am sure given the success the seamers have had against us so far, they will try and make it as bouncy as possible," he added.

With the series 2-0 in favor of New Zealand, Pakistan would eye to shift the momentum in the third ODI on January 12 at Oval.
