340-kg narcotics seized

Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) has seized more than 340 kilograms narcotics from Rawalpindi, Karachi and Quetta during this month. An official of Narcotics Ministry said that on October 5, ANF Rawalpindi, recovered 13kgs heroin from personal possession of a passenger at Benazir International Airport Islamabad.
While on October 8, ANF Karachi, recovered 5.900 kgs heroin from personal possession of a passenger at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. He said that on October 12, ANF Quetta, intercepted a car and recovered 322 kgs hashish at Quetta. Two persons were arrested on the spot.
